Singapore
Labrador Tower is a Grade A office building located in Singapore’s Alexandra precinct, within the Greater Southern Waterfront area. The 34-storey mixed-use development, which completed in mid-2024, includes office space, retail amenities, and operational facilities for Singapore Power (SP Group). It is notable for its sustainable design, advanced technology, and integration with the surrounding nature reserve.
This project consists of 3 lift lobby (Low Zone, Mid Zone, High Zone) with DCS interfaced with Turnstile, Card Reader and Facial Recognition.
